The ALRS 600 is a CNC controlled flat bar feeding and shearing system to be mounted on GEKA Hydracrop 80 and Hydracrop 110 dual cylinder ironworkers. This system is ideally designed for shearing desired lengths and quantities of flat bars up to 600x15 mm and 6 m length.
THE ASSEMBLY CONSISTS OF:

THE WORK PROCESS IS AS FOLLOWS:
* Place the flat bar on the rollers
* Adjust the lateral rollers to the width of the flat bar
* Clamp the material with the hydraulic hold down
* Run the program previously generated through Geka´s Line Pro software.
The machine will automatically feed to length and automatically will shear
