Stahl, Edelstahl und Aluminium bearbeitet werden. Sie entgratet und verrundet
die Kanten an Aussen- und Innenkonturen vongestanzten, laser-, feinplasma- oder
wasserstrahlgeschnittenen Werkstücken mit einer Dicke von bis zu 50 mm
beidseitig in nur einem Arbeitsgang.
* Zwei Schleifaggregate, je 1 auf der Ober- bzw. Unterseite, entfernen Spritzer
und leichte Grate an Aussen- und Innenkanten von Blechen.
* Insgesamt vier Schleifriemen, je 2 auf der Ober- bzw.
Unterseite,bearbeitendie Bleche gleichzeitig auf beiden Seiten. Hierbei
werden alle Kanten entschärft oder verrundet, je nach Einstellung der Werkzeuge.
* Die beidseitige Bearbeitung erspart zeitintensives Wenden der Werkstücke und
zweimaliges Bearbeiten.
* Alle Aggregatpaare können je nach Anwendung separat zu- / abgeschaltet sowie
eingestellt werden.
