SEMIX Stationary 200 is equipped with 7500/5000 liters capacity Twin Shaft Concrete mixers. In SEMIX Concrete Mixers NiHard4 or Hardox 450 wearings are used according to the Concrete recipe’s sillicium ratio.

All SEMIX Aggregate Storage hoppers are bent trapezoidal shape for having an extra strength. The robust steel structure maintains long-life performance. Aggregates are weighed in the weighing conveyor which transfers aggregates to the transfer conveyor. Having two separate conveyors providing accuracy in weighing and performance for reaching higher Concrete outputs.

In SEMIX Stationary Concrete Batching Plants, above the mixer, the aggregate waiting hopper is located. This hopper holds the aggregate ready for the next batch and this provides time efficiency for the batching processes.

All SEMIX Concrete Batching Plants are being controlled by a SCADA system with a Schneider PLC integrated. Users can follow all used materials and integrate their CRM system. SEMIX's engineering team can intervene in the Automation system online to provide service.

SEMIX Stationär 200 ist mit Doppelwellen-Betonmischern mit einem Fassungsvermögen von 7500/5000 Litern ausgestattet. Entsprechend des Siliziumanteils der Betonrezeptur, werden bei den SEMIX Betonmischern NiHard4 oder Hardox 450 Verschleißteile verwendet.

Alle SEMIX-Zuschlagstoff-Speicherbehälter sind zwecks zusätzlicher Stabilität,

trapezförmig geformt. Die robuste Stahlkonstruktion sorgt für eine lange Lebensdauer. Die Zuschlagstoffe werden im Wiegeförderer gewogen, der die Zuschlagstoffe auf den Übergabeförderer übergibt. Zwei getrennte Förderbänder sorgen für Genauigkeit beim Wiegen und erreichen eine höhere Betonleistung.

In stationären Betondosieranlagen von SEMIX befindet sich über dem Mischer der Wartetrichter für die Zuschlagstoffe. Dieser Trichter hält die Gesteinskörnung für die nächste Charge bereit und sorgt so für Zeiteffizienz bei den Dosierprozessen.

Alle SEMIX-Betonmischanlagen werden von einem SCADA-System mit integrierter Schneider-SPS gesteuert. Die Benutzer können alle verwendeten Materialien nachverfolgen und ihr CRM-System integrieren. Zu Servicezwecken kann das Ingenieurteam von SEMIX online in das Automatisierungssystem eingreifen.

SEMIX 200 stacionarna betonara je opremljena sa dvoosovinskom mešalicom kapaciteta 7500/5000 litara. U SEMIX mešalicama NiHard4 ili Hardox 450 legure se koriste u skladu sa omerom silicijuma u receptu za beton.

Svi SEMIX levci za skladištenje agregata su presavijeni u trapezoidni oblik za dodatnu jačinu. Robustna struktura čelika obezbeđuje dugotrajnu upotrebu.
